Which Is Better? Adidas Germany 2018 Men's vs 2019 Women's World Cup Home Kits
The Three Stripes today released the new Germany Women's home kit for the 2019 Women's World Cup. The design has been much appreciated by supporters - we compare it with the Men's 2018 World Cup kit.
The Adidas 2019 Germany Women's World Cup kit is part of the Adidas 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup jersey collection that has been exclusively designed for the brand's Women's national teams. The kits were released on March 8, the International Women's Day.

Both the Germany Men's and Women's kits have been inspired by the same kit - the 1988-1991 Germany home kit by Adidas. The reason for that is that Germany Women's national team won the EURO 1989 wearing the iconic 1988-1991 jersey - It was the first major tournament win and the second-ever Women's match broadcasted live (the semi-final was the first). The Men's team won the 1990 World Cup.
The differences between both designs are easy to see - the Men's kit feature a monochromatic black and white interpretation of the original design, while the Women's jersey comes with a more colorful, modern 'Glitch' look.
In fact, Adidas started to release Women's exclusive Germany kits in 2007.
