Iraqi Top Club Steals Nike Tottenham 18-19 Third Kit Design
Iraqi club Al-Shorta SC has caught our attention as their kit is obviously stolen from English club Tottenham Hotspur.
Based in Baghdad, Al-Shorta SC currently leads the Iraqi Premier League. They are on of the most successful Iraqi teams in history.
Al-Shorta Sports Club Copies Nike Spurs 2018-19 Third Jersey Design
Obviously taken from Spurs' 18-19 third kit, the Al-Shorta SC 2018-2019 home kit comes with the club's logo instead of the Spurs one. Apart from that, there are no differences visible - the colors also seem to be the same as on Tottenham's kit.
Al-Shorta Sports Club's away kit is also taken from Tottenham's 18-19 third kit, just in purple and white.
Interestingly, it is not the first time that the club copies a Nike design. In 2014-15, the club got inspired by Celtic's Nike away kit. in the 1990s, the copied an Adidas design.
