Nike Rabisco 2019 Copa America Ball Released
Update: The Nike Rabisco 2019 Copa America football is available to buy in some countries now. We have added new pictures of the Nike Rabisco 2019 Copa America soccer ball.
During the draw of the 2019 Copa America groups, none other than Ronaldinho was in charge of unveiling the ball that will be used throughout the tournament in Brazil this summer.
The Copa America 2019 will be disputed from June 14 and its three groups are as follows: A: Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela and Peru, B: Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay and Qatar and C: Uruguay, Ecuador, Japan and Chile.
Produced by CONMEBOL sponsor Nike, its called the 'Rabisco' after the Brazilian word 'rabisqueiro' (great skill).
Nike Rabisco 2019 Copa America Ball
The highlight of the Nike Merlin Rabisco football are the yellow and light blue colors that run along the black lines characteristic of Merlin and are applied with a graffiti paint effect as well as the black Swoosh border.
Other details added to the Rabisco by Nike is the writing of the name of the tournament in a special typography, five gray stars to represent the number of times Brazil organized the competition and the logo of the 2019 edition along with that of CONMEBOL.
Tech-wise, the ball is based on the same panel layout and Materials of the Merlin model that is used in the world's major leagues and the Copa Libertadores.
