Special-Edition Gold Puma Boots for Ballon d'Or Winner Ada Hegerberg Unveiled
Puma has created a pair of gold ONE football boots for Ada Stolsmo Hegerberg, who won the first-ever women's Ballon d'Or earlier this month.
The Olympique Lyon and Norway striker unveiled the one-of-a-kind soccer cleats on her Twitter earlier today.
Based on the ONE 1 Leather boots from Puma, they are gold with a black collar and the writing 'Believe in yourself' on the inside. On the outside, the player's name and the Norwegian flag appear.
Unlike the 'Golden Touch' Mercurial boots created by Nike for men's winner Luka Modric, these are highly unlikely to ever be available to buy.
Every girl has a dream, please believe in yourself! Thanks to Puma for supporting dreams. #GoldenShoes @pumafootball #NewLevels pic.twitter.com/EePvAwwTKV
