Last Friday, Puma revealed their first-ever AC Milan home kit. Now it emerged that the Puma AC Milan 2018-2019 home jersey does not feature the brand's trademark evoKNIT kit technology.

The player issue, authentic Puma AC Milan 18-19 home kit are not using Puma's evoKNIT jersey technology but the standard replica kit technology. The fit of the Milan authentic jersey is not as tight as the one of the evoKNIT kit but more similar to the authentic kits of Adidas and Nike - relatively tight but not extremely close fitting.

Apart from the evoKNIT technology and its cut, Puma's authentic AC Milan jersey is the same as the authentic kits of the likes of Arsenal and Dortmund - the authentic Puma Milan 2018-19 kit comes with heat applied logos.
The reason for Puma not using the evoKNIT technology is likely that the jersey technology would interfere the classic design of the kit. Puma also designed special, relatively traditional numbers for the Milan 18-19 home jersey.
