Nike Wins - Final Portugal 2018 World Cup Squad - Boots Battle

Portugal today announced the numbers of their 2018 World Cup squad. We take a look at the soccer cleats worn by the 23 player nominated for the tournament in cooperation with Football Boots DB.

Nike is the official kit maker of the Portuguese national team, and the Swoosh also supplies the cleats for the majority of all players. In fact, Nike makes the football boots for 15 of the 23 players, including those of Cristiano Ronaldo. Adidas follows second with six players, while Umbro and Puma make the boots for one player, respectively.

Portugal's possible starting XI is also dominated by Nike with more than half of all players wearing the boots with the Swoosh.
