Köln 18-19 Home, Away & Third Kits Released
Having been relegated to 2. Bundesliga this season, 1. FC Cologne enters a new era for the club. Replacing Erima as Cologne's kit supplier, the new 1. FC Köln 18-19 Kits are made by Uhlsport as part of a four-year agreement.
1. FC Köln 18-19 Home Kit
This image shows the Köln 2018-19 Home jersey.
The Köln 2018-19 Home jersey, which is predominantly white, incorporates a diagonal stripe pattern, consisting of multiple grey stripes and one red stripe at the top of the design.
Interestingly, the uhlsport branding moves next to the simple red collar in favor of a subtle watermark of Cologne's emblem. Red cuffs and brandings complement the sleek Köln 2018-2019 Home shirt.
White Shorts and socks, the former with a red stripe on each side and the latter with grey applications, complete the 1. FC Köln 18-19 Home jersey.
Köln 2018-19 Away Kit
This is the FC Köln 18-19 Away jersey.
The Köln 2018-2019 Away kit is almost completely red with a classic red polo collar and sleeve cuffs in a relatively darker shade of red. As for the brandings, the Cologne away kit comes with white sponsor logos, while a full-color variant of the emblem is used.
Red shorts and socks complete the classic look of the Köln 18-19 Away kit.
FC Köln 2018-2019 Third Jersey
This is the 1. FC Köln 2018-19 Third shirt.
Finally, the 1. FC Köln 18-19 Third jersey introduces a fresh design that implements a dot pattern on the lower half of the jersey, fading towards the center of the kit, whereas the back of the shirt is completely covered in a checkered pattern. The sleeves of the FC Köln 2018-19 Third kit are solid black, with the uhlsport brandings on the sleeves as well as the one opposite to Cologne's emblem colored in grey.
The design is continued onto the shorts and socks of the Köln 2018-19 Third shirt, which makes up for a nice alternative to the rather classical Home and Away choice.
