Manchester United 1968-2018 Champions of Europe 50th Anniversary Collection Leaked
Part of the extensive collection Adidas has prepared for Manchester United next season is a range of items dedicated to the Red Devils' 1968 European Cup triumph.
Adidas Manchester United 1968-2018 Champions of Europe Collection
This is the sweater from the collection.
A clean design, the items from the Adidas Manchester United 1968-2018 Champions of Europe collection are all predominantly navy with subtle logos appearing on the chest and back. The color is of course inspired by the blue change uniform that was worn back in the day.
In total there are five distinct logos, all inspired by the big win over Benfica. In a way it seems as if Adidas drafted up a few ideas and in the end decided to go with "all of them."
There's a sweater, sweatpants and a t-shirt in the collection, all of which are set to be released at the same time. Possibly on the same date or around the time the final was played back in the day, i.e. May 29.
