Rugby Player Shows Off Unreleased Nike Tiempo Legend VII Boots

Fijian-born New Zealand rugby player Seta Tamanivalu of Crusaders has provided us a rather unusual spot as he laced up in the next colorway of the Nike Tiempo Legend VII football boots in the Super Rugby Final match between Emirates Lions and Crusaders at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday.

Expected to be called Nike Tiempo Legend VII 'Rising Star' Pack edition, the colorway of the Nike Tiempo Legend VII boot worn by Seta Tamanivalu combines the colors Black, Armory Navy, Light Armory Blue and Bright Mango. It is a modern yet stylish design for Nike's modern Kangaroo leather boot.

Tech-wise, the Nike Tiempo Legend VII 'Rising Star' cleat worn by the rugby player is the not same as the boots worn by footballers.

While his Nike Tiempo Legend 7 combines a Kangaroo leather upper with a new knitted Flyknit heel area just as the usual boot, the sole plate is a completely custom Soft Ground one. He also laced up in a lower-tier model without K-leather and ACC during the match as the close-up pictures reveal.
