Deportivo Alavés 17-18 Home, Away & Third Kits Released
Having switched from Hummel to Kelme, Basque outfit Deportivo Alavés today released its new home, away and third kits for the 2017-18 campaign. All three jerseys feature bespoke and clean designs and come without any main sponsor.
Deportivo Alavés 17-18 Home Kit
This is the new Alavés home jersey.
The new Alavés 2017-2018 home shirt has a classic appearance with five white and blue stripes - more than in the past few seasons - black details next to the neck and on the sleeves, and a 'DA' detail above the left hem as a nod to the club's 1990s uniforms.
The inside of the neck of the Alavés 2017-18 jersey reads "Lurralde baten nortasuna, hiri baten harrotasuna" (Basque for "the identity of a territory, the pride of a city").
Blue shorts and blue socks complete the Alavés 17-18 home kit.
Alavés 17-18 Away Kit
This is the Deportivo Alavés 2017-2018 away shirt.
The Kelme Alavés 2017-18 away jersey stands out both with its black color and its modern design. It's the first time after almost a decade that the color is used, and here it's combined with an array of blue stripes across the front and on the collar.
A monochrome crest and the same details as on the home kit complete the look.
Deportivo Alavés 17-18 Third Kit
This is the Deportivo Alavés 2017-18 third jersey.
Finally, the Alavés 2107-2018 third shirt is white and red, which are the colors of the city flag, it's meant to represent the union between club and city of Alavés.
A very traditional collar, completely red, stands out besides the diagonal cross on the lower front.
