Happy Birthday, Radamel | Here Is Falcao's Unbelievable Boot History

Radamel Falcao, Colombia international and AS Monaco striker, celebrates his birthday today. We take a look at the boots worn by a player who has worn more different boot silos and brands than possibly any other player in recent history.

Four Different Adidas Boot Silos and Nike for His First Matches For River Plate

Here are some of the boots Falcao wore before he moved from Argentina to Porto.

Falcao made his first professional match for his youth club Colombian team Lanceros Boyacáon 28 August 1999 at the age of just 13 years and 199 days, becoming the youngest debutant at the second tier of Colombian professional football. However, the first pictures on which we can see his boots date back to 2005, when he made his debut for his new club River Plate. He played some of his first matches in Nike's white and red Air Zoom Total 90 Supremacy soccer cleat, while he made most of his 90 games for River Plate wearing boots from Adidas.

Falcao used a ton of different Adidas football boots, including four different boot silos (Adipure, Adizero, Predator + an classic model with the Trefoil Adidas logo - pictured above) as well as a stunning custom Adidas Predator 'Colombia' colorway.

Falcao became a face of the Puma evoSPEED, which he should wear in the following five years for several different clubs, including Atlético Madrid, Manchester United and Chelsea.

Radamel Falcao Leaves Puma After Almost Exactly 5 Years - Is He Set to Join Nike?

In early October 2016, almost exactly five years after he signed a contract with Puma, Radamel Falcao blacked-out his boots. He laced up in blackout evoSPEED boots in all official matches since then, while he was once also spotted wearing Nike Mercurial boots, indicating a possible switch to the Swoosh.
