Atlético Madrid 16-17 Home Kit Released
The new Atlético Madrid 16-17 home kit introduces a smart design that brings subtle changes to the proven formula. Once again made by Nike and featuring Plus500 as main sponsor, the Atlético 2016-17 jersey was officially released on July 14, 2016.

This is the new Atlético 2016-2017 home kit by Nike.
Maintaining the club's traditional red and white look, the new Atlético 2016-17 home jersey introduces a subtle change that sees the stripes decrease in size towards the sides of the shirt. Blue trim is present in the form of the Nike Swoosh, a stripe on each side of the Atlético 2016-2017 shirt and piping around the neck.
Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first season in Atlético's iconic Vicente Calderón stadium, the Nike Atlético Madrid 16-17 jersey boasts a commemorative graphic on the inside of the neck, just like the Atletico 2016-17 away kit.
Compared to last season's Atletico Madrid home shirt, the new Atlético 16-17 shirt features less stripes, that come without the thinner pinstripes seen last year as well. Additionally, the back of the Atlético 2016-17 kit is striped as well for the most part, unlike the completely red rear of the old Atlético jersey. Last but not least, the blue color used in the Plus500 sponsor logo has been adjusted to mirror that of the blue accents on the Atletico 2016-17 home kit.
Blue shorts and socks, both with white logos, complete the clean look of the Atlético Madrid 16-17 kit.
