Bayer Leverkusen to Sign Jako Kit Deal
Bayer Leverkusen is set to sign a contract with small German brand Jako to become the team's new kit supplier from the start of the 2016-17 season.
Adidas has been Bayer Leverkusen's jersey brand since 1976, but this agreement is coming to an end after this season. The Three Stripes have stated they would focus their efforts on the likes of Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Real Madrid, even bigger teams than Leverkusen, in the future.

Today, German tabloid BILD is reporting that Jako will get the prestigious deal, which is quite a surprise given the relative size of the Germany-based company compared to the likes of Adidas, Puma, Nike and so on.
The new kit supplier deal between Jako and Bayer Leverkusen is reported to be worth in the region of €2.2 million, with added incentives. Leverkusen is expected to announce the agreement in early January.
Jako has three teams under contract in the first two divisions in Germany, Darmstadt and Hannover in Bundesliga and Karlsruhe in Bundesliga 2.
