Isco Switches to Nike Mercurial Vapor X Boots

Real Madrid midfielder Isco has become the next next player to switch from the Nike Hypervenom to the Nike Mercurial after FC Barcelona superstar Neymar already made the same silo switch this month.

Update 22/10/15: Isco debuted the Nike Mercurial Vapor X Boots in the Champions League clash against PSG.

Last week, Isco surprisingly laced up in the first-generation of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom Boots, while he wore the Nike Hypervenom Phinish in Real Madrid's last league match against Levante. Since the start of the 2015-16 season, he already cut off the Dynamic Fit collar of his Hypervenom Phantom 2 Boots while he made the change to the low-cut Nike Hypervenom Phinish in late August 2015.

Isco to Debut Nike Mercurial Vapor 10 Cleats

Isco wears a non-modified version of the Nike Mercurial Vapor X Lightning Storm Pack Soccer Cleats, which were released exactly one month ago. Combining a shimmering Squadron Blue upper with a striking Volt splatter graphic, the Nike Mercurial Vapor Lightning Storm 2015-2016 Boots are designed to stand out.

Compared to the Nike Hypervenom Phinish Football Boots, the Nike Mercurial Vapor 10 features a thinner upper and offers even more lockdown, while the biggest and most important difference is the sole plate. Whereas the Nike Hypervenom Phinish Cleats come with conical studs for rotational agility, the Nike Mercurial Vapor 10 Football Boots feature bladed studs for ultimate acceleration and speed.

Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo again laced up in the Nike Mercurial Superfly 324K Gold Cleats, while Marcelo wore the Solar Yellow Adidas X Boots ahead of the Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain. But that's nothing special.

First it was Neymar who switched to the Mercurial, now it's Isco. Do you think that Nike will also create a camouflaged Nike Hypervenom Boot for Isco as it was the case with Neymar? Let us know in the comments below.
