Puma King II SL 2015 Boots Released
The new Puma King SL II 2015-2016 Soccer Cleats are superlight, designed for comfort and performance with a Kangaroo leather upper. Weighing in at 180 gram, the new Puma King 2 SL 2015 Boots are 95 gram lighter than the regular version of the Puma King II.
The lightweight version of the new Puma King II SL Football Boots was officially launched yesterday with a unique black and yellow launch paint job. Big thanks to Soccer Bible for the stunning pictures. So let's get into the new Puma King II SL.
Puma King II SL FG Black / White / Sulphur Spring
This is the first colorway of the new Puma King II SL Cleats.
For the launch colorway of the new Puma King II Superlight Boots, Puma combines the classic main color black with a unique yellow graphic pattern on the upper to give the boots a modern design. The sole plate of the Puma King II SL Cleats boast the eye-catching color 'Sulphur Spring'.
It wouldn't be a Puma King without a premium leather upper. The new Puma King II SL Cleats feature a Kangaroo leather upper to offer a glove-like fit and ultimate comfort. To reduce the weight of the new superlight Puma King SL K-Leather Boots, the kangaroo leather is as thin as possible.
To increase stability, the new Puma King SL 2015 Boots features a lightweight minimalistic external heel counter and Puma's trademark everFIT lacing system in the midfoot area.
However, the biggest saves in weight come from the sole plate. The lightweight sole plate of the new Puma King 2 SL is made from flexible nylon and combines conical and triangular studs. In fact, the Puma King II SL Cleats feature the same sole plate as the first generation of the modern leather boot.
The new Black / Yellow Puma King II SL 2015-2016 Football Boot weighs in at 180 gram (6.4 ounces) and is available from today for 200 Euro (160 GBP, 220 USD).
