SC Bastia Play Ligue 1 Match in Bordeaux Training Wear

French Ligue 1's fourth match day saw a pretty interesting kit choice in yesterday's match between hosts Girondins Bordeaux and visiting SC Bastia.

SC Bastia, coached by Claude Makélélé, had initially planned to play in the Bastia Camouflage 2014-2015 Third Kit, but had to make a last minute change to a white Puma shirt supplied by hosts Bordeaux at the referee's disposition.

Girondins Bordeaux played the home match in their Bordeaux 'Heritage' 14-15 Third Kit, a common way practiced by Ligue 1's top teams to promote alternative jerseys.

SC Bastia had to play in Girondins Bordeaux Training Wear for their Ligue 1 match.

SC Bastia had to wear a simple white Puma shirt for their away match against Bordeaux - here you see Bastia's players celebrating their early 1-0 lead.

The unusual and late kit switch did not affect SC Bastia's on-field success as they took the lead in what would end as a 1-1 draw, taking a point back to Corsica.
