Adidas 14-15 Champions League Referee Kits Released

The new Adidas 2014-2015 Referee Jerseys were spotted yesterday worn in the first Group Stage match. The new Referee 14-15 UCL Kits caused quite a stir with the unusual light silver shorts worn by referees across Europe.

As the Adidas 14-15 UEFA Champions League collection only includes three different colorways (Dark Grey | Blue | Yellow), Referee Olegario Benquerenca looked like Arsenal’s 12th player vs Borussia Dortmund wearing the navy referee kit, which is similar as Arsenal's 14-15 Cup Third Kit. Last season, Adidas also offered a red Champions League Kit.

Adidas Referee 14 UCL Jersey

This is the new Grey Adidas Referee 2014-2015 UEFA Champions League Kit.

The first Adidas Referee Kit is officially called Adidas Referee 14 UCL Phantom / Aluminium and features a gradient effect on the front and the back. The UEFA Champions League logo is placed on the back under the neckline.

The Solar Blue Adidas 14-15 Referee Shirt is light blue with solid blue sleeves and a grey color gradient.

Adidas also designed a yellow 14-15 Champions League Referee Shirt, which was worn by Szymon Marciniak in the match between Juventus and Malmö.

Adidas decided to combine each referee kit with light silver referee shorts and socks, which looked rather odd on the pitch.
