Adidas 2014 World Cup Goalkeeper Gloves - Together with the totally new Adidas 2014 World Cup Battle Pack, Adidas also unveiled the new 2014 World Cup Predator Goalkeeper Gloves. The Adidas Predator Zones 2014 World Cup Goalkeeper Gloves feature the distinctive black and white design pattern of the adidas Battle Pack boots, which will be worn by some of the best players during the tournament in Brazil.

For the new 2014 World Cup Goalkeeper Gloves, Adidas worked together with leading goalkeepers including Manuel Neuer, Iker Casillas and Petr Cech to identify the most important goalkeeper zones. Therefore, the goalkeepers were sent a blank glove to mark the most important areas of a goalkeeper glove.

Adidas identified the three most important zones of a goalkeeper glove:

punching zone: designed to give the goalkeeper maximum force, while still maintaining the flexibility required

grip zone: the most important area which uses a latex mixture unique to adidas to deliver the best grip possible in the key areas of the glove

abrasion zone: designed to protect the palm from damage, ensuring strength as well as the flexibility that goalkeepers need from their gloves.

The new Adidas 2014 World Cup Goalkeeper Zones feature the remarkable design of the Battle Pack. The visualization of the "All in or Nothing" Adidas campaign is black / white, while the grip zone and punching zone are colored red to highlight the two most important zones of the new Adidas 2014 World Cup Goalkeeper Gloves.
