Brighton and Hove Albion Announce Nike Kit Deal + Possible 14-15 Home Kit

English Championship club Brighton and Hove Albion announced a new kit deal with Nike this week, after their previous kits were made by the Italian kit company Errea. The new Brighton Nike Kit Deal marks the end of the 15-years partnership with Errea, while Nike will provide the new Brighton 14-15 Kits and training wear. Brighton will try to gain promotion to the Premier League this season, even though they are currently eighth in the Championship.

Brighton and Hove Albion Nike Kit Deal Details

Brighton's and Nike's long-term partnership will begin on 1st June 2014, while they also announced that the new Brighton 2014-15 Kits will be exclusively available via the official club stores and the retail website.

Brighton Chief executive Paul Barber said: "In securing a long term agreement with Nike, we are delighted to announce another record-breaking partnership for the club. Nike is the leader in football and a huge global brand, which will help lift our club's profile as we continue to develop."

"The new deal represents a significant increase on our existing commercial arrangement, and we are looking forward to working closely with Nike to give our supporters a new kit and exciting product range."

The new Brighton 14-15 Kits will be presented later this year and are expected to be based on a Nike 2014-15 teamwear template, which will be very likely the new Nike Inter Stripe IV kit as there is only one vertical striped teamwear shirt.
