Blue / Pink Puma King Boot Colorway Released

Puma today unveiled a new and maybe the most eye-catching Colorway for the Puma King series. The new Puma King Boot is called officially Puma King Peacoat / White / Blue Atoll / Fluo Pink FG and is worn by several players including Thierry Henry, Arteta and Yaya Toure.

This is the new conspicuous Puma King Colorway.

Known for the classic design, the Puma King Boot is the most iconic boot made by the Big Cat which was first introduced in 1968, 45 years ago. This new Puma King Colorway features brave colors, including the pink color which is normally not used for a Heritage Boot.

With this step Puma continues to change their classical Heritage Boot, similar to Nike and Adidas who changed the colors of their iconic Boots Tiempo and Copa Mundial.

The upper of the Puma King Boot features a supper soft leather offering an excellent touch to the ball. Puma is using different shades of blue for the leather upper with white applications as well as small pink details.

Even the official color names are a bit hard to open up to us, the main color used is a navy blue called Peacoat, while the lighter blue color name is Blue Atoll. On the whole the upper features similar color tones with some striking details like the pink applications which let the boot look great.

The most striking and eye-catching part of the new Puma King Colorway is the pink Pebax Outsole, which features a mix of conical and traction studs. In general the new Puma King Boot is designed for players who like the experimentation made with the classical Puma King Boot.
