Castore Loses Several Teams for 25-26 Season
Due to ongoing problems with shirt quality and delivery, Castore will lose three more major European teams for the 25-26 season, including Bayer Leverkusen, Sevilla and Rangers.
In the 24-25 season, Castore lost all 3 Premier League clubs from the 23-24 season (Newcastle, Aston Villa and Wolves). Fortunately, Castore then had a new kit deal with Everton to avoid a complete absence from the 24-25 Premier League.
Adidas to Replace Castore as Sevilla FC Kit Maker After Three Seasons
If the Adidas Sevilla FC kit deal is confirmed, this would mark a return for the German sportswear giant, which previously partnered with Sevilla from 1979 until 1983.
Rangers to Sign Umbro Kit Deal
Castore's current deal with Glasgow Rangers begins at the start of the 20-21 season and runs for five years, which means it will expire at the end of the 24-25 season. Rangers have no intention of renewing the deal and will choose Umbro as their kit maker for the next period.
New Balance to Become Leverkusen Kit Maker
According to Kicker, the new Bayer Leverkusen New Balance kit deal will run for five or six years and is expected to earn Bayer between €6M and €7M per season, double the current deal with Castore (€2M-3M per season).
