Adidas "OCEAUNZ" 2023 Women's World Cup Ball Released
Update: In addition to the standard white official match ball, Adidas also released various other versions, including an orange hi-viz winter colorway, a FIFA Pro beach version, as well as various takedowns.
Adidas has also created a range of takedowns, catering to the needs of players across different levels of the game. There is also a high-end futsal version of the ball available.
Adidas today unveiled the official match ball of the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, named "OCEAUNZ"
The FIFA Women's World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023 starts on July 20th, 2023, with New Zealand playing Norway and ends with the final on August 20th.
The FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 will take place from 20 July to 20 August 2023 in Australia and New Zealand. It is the first Women's World Cup with 32 teams.

The Adidas 2023 Women's World Cup football combines a white base with black and blue applications and striking yellow detailing. The graphics are inspired by the spectacular coastlines, lakes and waterways of Australia and New Zealand.
There are some patterns inspired by traditional designs of aborigines, and of course the official Adidas and 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup logos. The Australian patterns have been created by renowned local artist, Chern’ee Sutton, while the markings representing New Zealand were designed by Kiwi artist, Fiona Collis.
In terms of tech, the Adidas OCEAUNZ 2023 Women's World Cup ball soccer ball is the same as the Adidas 2022 Men's World Cup ball, the 'Al Rihla'.
The CTR-CORE is a groundbreaking core within the ball that is designed to improve accuracy and consistency, supporting fast, precise play with maximum shape and air retention. The ball's polyurethane (PU) skin, called SPEEDSHELL, features micro and macro textures and a new 20-piece panel shape, which enhances aerodynamics.
Additionally, the ball is fitted with Connected Ball Technology, which is a Suspension System in the center of the ball that hosts and stabilizes a 500Hz inertial measurement unit (IMU) motion sensor, providing unprecedented insight into every element of the movement of the ball.
The Adidas OCEAUNZ football will be available to buy from 25 January 2023.
