Puma evoSPEED SL Grass 2016 Boots Released

Almost ten years ago, Puma released a unique and unprecedented football boot, the grass pattern-featuring Puma V1.06. Now, the brand is bringing back the iconic overall print to the cutting-edge Puma evoSPEED for the build-up to Euro 2016.

Whereas the first Puma Grass soccer cleats boasted contrasting and bold white logos to stand out against the grass-green backdrop and playing field, the 2016 Puma evoSPEED SL Grass boots add a third dimension to this, in the form of a 3D effect that's applied to all logos and brandings.

Based on the regular Puma evoSPEED SL football boots, the striking Puma evoSPEED Grass soccer cleats come with a lightweight upper and a revolutionary sole plate, allowing them to weigh in at just over 100 grams. It's expected that Puma will launch the new Grass boots in the more durable Puma evoSPEED SL-S variant as well.

Available as a limited edition, the bold Puma evoSPEED SL Grass boots retails at a slightly higher price than the regular-edition Puma evoSPEED (270 Euro).
