Next-Gen Adidas Ace 16.1 Leather Prototype Boots Leaked
The new blackout Adidas Ace 16.1 Leather Prototype Boots introduce a totally new upper and outsole for the Adidas Control silo.
In May 2015, a blackout prototype of the Adidas Ace 2016 Cleats was leaked. The blacked out version of the Adidas Ace 16.1 Boots gave us the first look at the next-gen Adidas Ace, which features an all-new design. So let's get into the tech details of the next-gen Adidas Ace K-Leather Soccer Cleats.
Blackout Adidas Ace 16.1 Leather Prototype Boots
This is the black-out Adidas Ace 2016 Leather Soccer Boot (thanks to my Vietnamese friend).
The new Adidas Ace 16.1 Leather Cleats boast a totally new upper design featuring big three stripes, which remind us of the iconic Adidas Predator Accelerator Boots. On the upper is the date 19-05-15, which indicates that the leaked black-out Adidas Ace Leather Prototype was produced just two months ago.
While the Adidas Ace 15.1 Boot only featured Kangaroo leather in the forefoot area, the upper of the new Adidas Ace 2016 Leather Soccer Boots is entirely made from leather to offer a full leather experience.
Most remarkably, the new black-out Adidas Ace 16.1 Leather Prototype Boots feature a Sprintframe sole plate with an external heel counter. Whereas the first leaked prototype boots of the Adidas Ace 16.1 used the same outsole as the first generation, the new Adidas Ace 16.1 Leather Prototype Boot ditches the second-level of cleats.
Interestingly, players such as Mesut Özil and James Rodríguez already received a custom version of the Adidas Ace 15.1 Boots featuring the same sole plate as the leaked Adidas Ace 16.1 Leather Prototype Boots. So it's pretty certain that the new Adidas Ace 16.1 Football Boot will introduce a new outsole and upper design.
It's reported that the next-generation Adidas Ace 2016 Boot will be already released in less than six months.
Bold Three Stripes, Kangaroo leather from heel to toe and a new sole plate. What do you think of the next-gen Adidas Ace 16.1 K-Leather Boots? Let us know in the comments below.
